Though drinking warm water is popular for its numerous benefits but there are some conditions when you should avoid warm water. People with PITTA dosha, burning sensation, blood disorders, alcoholics, vomiting, nose bleeding, dizziness, fainting, high blood pressure, acidity etc. conditions should avoid warm water.
