I’m going to start explaining some important time table of our body system from the starting of the day….

LUNGS TIME TABLE ROUTINE [ 3-5 AM ] During this time period, early in the morning, lungs are active and functioning in full pace to eliminate accumulated toxic waste by loosening them, clearance of breathing pathways and rejuvenating lungs tissues along with other functions are activated at this time.

WHAT IF WE IGNORE LUNGS ROUTINE If we don’t wake up during this time period, effective work of lungs will get disturbed and in the long run it may cause health problems.

WHAT TO DO AT THIS TIME? Wake up in the Bramha Muhurat early morning (3-5 am), drink warm water, do walk, do meditation, offer prayers and exercise etc.

INTESTINE TIME TABLE [5-7 AM] During this time period, the large intestine is active and functioning to repair the colon and optimizing it’s productivity.

WHAT IF WE IGNORE INTESTINAL ROUTINE Sleeping during this time can lead to obesity, constipation, gas/acidity and other health problems.

WHAT TO DO AT THIS TIME? Drinking water and emptying bowel (defecating) during 5-7 am is a healthy practice.

STOMACH TIME TABLE [7-9 AM] During this time period, stomach becomes active and is functioning to repair it’s inner lining, stomach energies are the highest at this time, syncing with digestive fire etc.

WHAT IF WE IGNORE STOMACH ROUTINE Eating big meals and sleeping during this time can lead to liver problems, indigestion and other stomach disorders.

WHAT TO DO AT THIS TIME? Start with a light breakfast or, juice, herbal tea, fruits or water during 7-9 am is a healthy practice and it can support your stomach health servicing time.

SPLEEN SERVICING TIME TABLE [9-11 AM] During this time period, spleen becomes active and is going under repairing mode to boost it’s functions by cleaning itself. Digestive fire reaches at the peak during this period.

WHAT IF WE IGNORE SPLEEN ROUTINE Avoiding breakfast or, big meal, getting involved into intense physical activities disturb spleen cleaning process and digestive fire gets diminished. It may cause diabetes, liver issues, indigestion, gallstones, high cholesterol etc.

WHAT TO DO AT THIS TIME? Ideal time to have big/main meal or, a good breakfast.

HEART SERVICING TIME TABLE [11 AM – 1 PM] During this time period, heart becomes active and is going under repair mode to enhance it’s performance. Food matarials enter into the blood stream. It pumps efficiently to reach nutrients throughout the body system and also managing optimal lipid requirements and further more work.

WHAT IF WE IGNORE HEART ROUTINE Taking heavy meals, doing intense physical work, stress may disturb the heart pumping efficiency which may affect the body nutrients fulfilment, can cause elevated cholesterol, high blood pressure, palpitation etc.

WHAT TO DO AT THIS TIME? STAY calm and do moderate work

SMALL INTESTINE SERVICING TIME TABLE [1 PM – 3 PM] During this time period, small intestine becomes active and is under working mode to improve it’s performance and assimilation process. Foods which require longer digestion time are going to complete their assimilation.

WHAT IF WE IGNORE SMALL INTESTINE ROUTINE Taking additional foods during this time period may cause bloating and indigestion. It can affect the digestion process of previously eaten heavy foods.

WHAT TO DO AT THIS TIME? Avoid eating additional meals and junk foods.

BLADDER TIME TABLE [3 PM – 5 PM] During this time period, bladder becomes active and is under working mode to flush out metabolic waste from the morning’s nutrition, eliminates toxins and is making room for the kidney’s filtrations to come.

WHAT IF WE IGNORE BLADDER ROUTINE Taking excess liquid during this time period is not good.

WHAT TO DO AT THIS TIME? Avoid drinking excess fluids.

KIDNEY TIME TABLE [5 PM – 7 PM] During this time period, kidney becomes active and undergoes working mode to filter blood toxins and waste, balancing blood based on nutritional intake throughout the day. Purifying blood to deliver usable nutrients to all tissues.

WHAT IF WE IGNORE KIDNEY ROUTINE All filtration and purifying process will be affected. Kidney cells and mechanism will be compromised gradually which may result in kidney health issues.

BLOOD VESSEL TIME TABLE [9 PM – 11 PM] During this time period, blood vessels undergo repair mode to optimize it’s functions, inner lining, flexibility and more. If you get headache, tiredness or, sudden weakness, it’s the signs of heavy blood vessels repair mode.

WHAT TO DO AT THIS TIME? Avoid consumption of heavy meals and extreme physical exertion during this time. Try to sleep and rest.

GALL BLADDER TIME TABLE [11 PM – 1 AM] During this time period, gall bladder becomes active and undergoes intense working mode. Initial tissues cleansing, cholesterol processing, brain function enhancing along with other work takes place.

WHAT TO DO AT THIS TIME? Avoid watching TV. reduce screen time, don’t take late night dinner and go to the bed as early as possible.

WHAT IF WE IGNORE LIVER ROUTINE Remaining awake, doing night shift job, can affect digestive organs, digestion along with internal health
